PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
With extensive technical experience, Helen collaborates with last makers and 3D sole modelers to create CAD or full upper 3D models.
Helen’s Product Development services include:
Reviewing and amending blueprints before mould production
Coordinating necessary changes for uppers, midsoles, and outsoles
Overseeing footwear development with factories, including price negotiations and lean manufacturing optimization
Advising on material selection for uppers and linings
Writing technical packs and specifications
On-site factory visits for sample making and production follow-up
Helen has experience working with European, Asian and Indian Factories and is available to travel globally to ensure seamless product development and production processes.
Working with Matt Pavey on Fit & Comfort alongside Georgia Haines on Technical Feedback.
